SOUNDPROOFING COATINGS FOR SUBWAYS AND TUNNELS

As is known, all the surfaces surrounding a tunnel contribute to amplify the noise generated by road traffic.

The soundproofing consists in applying noise reducing cladding to the walls and ceiling, coordinated with special pavings.

In this manner the tunnel becomes a dissipating silencer which makes it possible to considerably reduce the sources of linear noise represented by the traffic.
